Entry Level Structural Engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- EIT Certificate, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Strong CAD skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office software.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple projects/deadlines.R
Responsibilities
- Prepare design calculations and drawings.
- Perform construction related services including shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, periodic construction site observation, and structural inspections.
- Perform structural investigations, going to site visits and generating inspection reports.
- Collaborate with architects/engineers/contractors on design and construction of projects.
